(1) Working journalists will receive a monthly salary for working in a communication establishment.
(2) A working journalist shall receive the wages and allowances earned by him even if he is not in the service of the communication establishment.
(3) The monthly salary of any working journalist shall not be deducted except in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(4) The remuneration received by a working journalist shall not be suspended while he is on leave.
